Tip: draw a box around the scale tray only – AI ignores everything outside it (hands, counter, people) → more accurate.

- Click an item on the right (start with Empty tray).
- Put that sweet on the scale and hold the red button 3–5 seconds while you slowly move/turn the pieces.
- Repeat with 1 piece, a few pieces, full tray, in box, on paper. Aim for 100+ photos per item.
- Photos are saved automatically when you release the button.
- Check “Live test”. If an item is confused with another, add more photos of both.

🔍 Accuracy check
Tests every saved photo against all the others and shows which sweets the AI mixes up. Run it after training.
